On April 15, 2022, WG Tech(JiangXi) Co., LTD (stock code 603773) and HCP Technology Co., Ltd. (HCP Technology) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Dongguan. According to the agreement, HCP Technology will purchase at least 800 million (RMB) glass substrate products from WG Tech in the next five years. In addition, HCP Technology will give priority to WG Tech in the subsequent market promotion work, such as semiconductor chip packaging substrates, Mini/Micro displays encapsulated glass substrates or other related products. The representatives of both parties, the Secretary-General of the China Optical Association LED Display Application Branch-Hong Zhen , the CEO of the 0 meter.com-Zhang Qiang, many other industry experts and leaders attended the signing ceremony. 

At this signing ceremony, the two parties have been determined to regard each other as their important strategic partners. They will cooperate in the fields of semiconductor chip packaging substrates and Mini/Micro-LED displays, including but not limited to joint development, standard formulation, and patents . In terms of mutual benefit and other aspects, HCP and WG Tech will jointly promote the research and development of projects according to their respective advantages. At the same time, the two parties will jointly design and develop key components (such as discrete device substrates, etc.) to reduce material costs. 

This event signifies that both parties will give full play to their respective advantages, build a long-term mechanism for win-win cooperation and coordinated innovation among enterprises, give full play to the synergistic effect, and promote the application of new materials and  technologies in the field of semiconductor chip packaging substrates and Mini/Micro-LED displays. By working together, they will improve the visual effect and safety performance of optoelectronic display products, provide solutions such as energy saving, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and become the leader in Mini/Micro LED display industry.
