HCP introduced Flip chip Mini LED 2-in-1 display at Fine Pitch LED

Fine Pitch LED display innovation conference 2021 was held on 14th, April. Hcp demonstrated its innovated technology used in Mini LED display, presenting a new visual feast for the audience and users.

Hcp 2-in-1 Mini LED is a brand-new product integrating mass transfer technology and discrete devices. The product adopts Mini flip chip technology, and the pixel pitch including p1.25, P1.0 and p0.93.
